My commitment to you

Over the years I have been asked by lots of couples, what happens if my wedding photographer breaks their leg? What happens if you are poorly etc. Let me tell you a story. . .

This weekend I have had 3 weddings to cover all over the country - Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Some 500 miles of travel and 3 very late nights.

Thursday evening, whilst visiting a client, I happened to stand on a dangerous kerb stone that had been laid by my local council. This resulted in me breaking my leg.

Whilst lay in A+E my concerns were towards my couples and what was I going to do?

I have insurance that covers me, so I would not be out of pocket but that does not even to begin to cover the emotional stress that my accident would pass on to my couples!

I had only one choice - I had promised to photograph their weddings and no matter how much pain I was in (excruciating!) between me and my fantastic team we were going to honour those commitments!!

I have balanced on one crutch, sat at the back of the church, helped direct and pushed myself further than ever before to get the pictures for my couples!

I want to thank my couples for their patience, my team for all their support, and I want people to understand that when I make a commitment to cover your wedding, I will do everything in my power to make your day special and capture the moment. Nothing can me stop me from doing that for you.  So please rest assured that you have booked a professional who will deliver not a cowboy!!

Check out my blog posts over the next few days to see how we did - HINT (We smashed it!!!)
